6th International Conference On Multi-disciplinary Design Optimization & Applications (MDOA 2024)

CALL FOR PAPERS

Authors are invited to submit articles on topics falling within the scopes of the conference. Extended abstracts of no more than Five pages should be submitted as soon as possible. Extended abstracts should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusion of what will be presented. The conference's working language will be English. Mini-exhibition spaces will be available for organizations wishing to exhibit hardware, software, products, services and literature related to the conference's themes. Also, persons wishing to organize a session or mini-symposium consisting of one or more technical sessions are solicited. Each session contains five 25-minutes slots.

Articles must be presented in the conference to be illegible for publication in proceedings or journal special issues.

CONFERENCES TOPICS

Design & Structural Optimization, Communication Aspects of Parallel & Distributed Algorithms, Distributed Computing in Design Optimization, Multi-objective Optimization, Machine Learning and AI, Data Analysis,  Multi-objective Optimization, Machine Learning and AI, Data Analysis, Composite Materials, Additive manufacturing & Manufacturing Process,  Smart Materials, Finite Elements Method, Meshless Methods, Real-Time Optimization, Vibrations and Dynamics analysis, Non-destructive health monitoring, Computing Mechanics, Robotics, Optimal Control, Micro and Nano-Technologies, Heat and Mass Transfer, Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, Multi-scale Optimization, Building Information Management (BIM), Factory 4.0, Transportation and Logistics, All Industrial applications that integrate the above topics.

We invite proposals for Sessions, Workshops or Minisymposia.

  • Each session or minisymposium  should consist of at least 5 paper presentations. For that session, the organiser or his team can present 2 papers at most. The session and minisymposium organizer will be responsible for advertising the event, and selecting and reviewing the papers.

  • Papers for sessions or minisymposia should be submitted directly to the corresponding organizers, who also define the deadlines.

  • The session or minisymposium  organizers will be granted one free registration for the MDOA 2024 (for each 4 physical  registrations).

  • Papers accepted for session or mini symposium will be published in the Proceedings of MDOA 2024.

The conference will have the following format:

•Plenary lectures (only after invitation)

•Original papers (selected based on extended abstracts of 4 pages of A4 format)

•Posters (selected similarly to original papers)

 

Presentation of papers

Accepted papers will be divided into several sessions. The full program will be announced later.. If a participant wishes to send a paper to a Symposium She/He must use the e-mail address(es) of the organizer(s) of the specific Symposium.

 

Proceedings

Extended abstracts will be published and indexed in a Special proceeding (EDP Science). Proceedings should be available online immediately after the conference. In addition all accepted article will be recommanded for indexed journals (authors should be notified before the conference and they should prepare their article according to the selected journal)

 

Submission of Proposals

Proposals to organize each session or minisymposium  should include the following information:

•The title of the each session or minisymposium 

•The name, affiliation, mailing address and e-mail address(es) of the proposer(s)

•A description of the topic of the session (not exceeding 100 words)

•A short description on the means of advertiesement for the Session
